Brett has over 10 years of experience in education.  In 2010, Brett had his first experience teaching a neighborhood children’s class in Dover, DE.  Brett then moved to Maine, and from 2013 to 2015 he worked as the Intern Coordinator for Tree Street Youth, a dynamic youth center in Lewiston.  In 2015, he graduated with a B.A. from Bates College with an interdisciplinary focus of education, psychology, and sociology.  He then served as a Regional Coordinator for the Northeast Regional Training Institute with a focus on establishing and strengthening youth empowerment programs in neighborhoods across major cities in the Northeast.  In 2018, Brett returned to Delaware to join his mentor’s financial planning business.  While balancing a full-time job and family with two young children, Brett continues to pursue his passion in empowering young people to lead the change they want to see across communities in Delmarva and the world.

Kenny is a new resident of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, having recently moved to Cambridge, MD after growing up in Baltimore. In Baltimore he was a long time member of the First Charity Baptist Church and graduated from the Baltimore Polytechnic Institute. His dedication to service was strongly influenced by the ideals and goals of the Jesuit education he received at the College of Holy Cross in Worcester, MA. After moving back to the "DMV" after college, he volunteered and organized for historic civil rights organizations like the NAACP and UNIA. He began his ongoing service and volunteer efforts of organizing spiritual educational activities for children and teens for the Regional Training Institute of the Atlantic States after becoming a member of the Bahá'í faith in 2005.
