Available Youth SWAT Team member are welcome to attend a "Youth Forum" organized by Caroline County Human Services, as part of their Collective Impact initiative.  This community conversation will be held at Preston Fire Hall, from 6 to 7:30pm, on Wednesday, September 27, 2023.
